Tasty Paper Wrapped Chicken 美味纸包鸡

Ingredients:

Dancing Chef Meat Marinade Sauce          1Packet
Chicken Wing (Mid Joint)                         500g
Ginger (Sliced)                                       80g
Spring Onion (Sliced)                              30g
Coriander (Cut into segments)                 20g

 

Marinade:
Chinese Wine (Hua Diao Wine)              1 Tblspoon
Sesame Oil                                          ½ Tblspoon
Baking paper                                       Some

 

Method:
1. Wash chicken wings clean and then drain water and dry.
2. Mix all ingredients and marinade, mix well and leave to marinade for 3-4 hours.
3. Use baking paper to wrap the each chicken wing.
4. Place the wrapped chicken into Cornell Electric Tabletop oven and cook for 15-18 minutes at 200 Degree Celcius.

用料:
佳味腌肉酱料                  1包
鸡翅中段                      500克
姜                               80克(切丝)
青葱                            30克(切丝)
芫荽                            20克(切丝)

 

调味料∶
花雕酒                        1汤匙
麻油                           ½汤匙
油纸                          少许

 

做法:
1. 将鸡翅洗净,沥干水分。
2. 将足球内部用料和调味料一起拌匀,腌了3-4小时。
3. 将鸡翅用油纸包住。
4. 放进Cornell 烤箱,烘约15-18 分钟。200度。
